ALERT!!
These rates depend on the type of guestroom you choose. Rates are for single or double occupancy. Please go to our on-line reservation page to check on availability and select your room type.
It is worth calling to ask about last-minute reservations as we will discount rooms if it looks as if we will have a slower night.
The service charge of six dollars per day which is applied on departure is for the housekeepers and breakfast crew.

IMPORTANT SECTION FOR YOU TO READ
Third Person
The rate for a third person in a room is $25.00. Fire laws do not permit us to have more than three adults in a room. Sometimes we claim two small children as one adult, so ask us about it if you have little ones in tow.
We can only fit a rollaway bed into certain king-bedded rooms.
Restaurant
A good continental breakfast is included with your stay. We serve from 7:30-10:00 a.m., and a hot à la carte breakfast is always available. We make our own granola and do our own baking.
Our relaxed fine dining restaurant is open for dinner from 5-9 pm Thursday-Monday. (Until 8 pm during the winter months, but until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday.) We are not open for dinner in the restaurant on Tuesday & Wednesday, but our tavern with local beer on tap is open seven nights.
The tavern is also open for lunch six days, and on Sunday we serve brunch with the accompaniment of live jazz. In the fall, when the museum houses of Historic Deerfield are at their busiest, you can also grab a quick bite to eat for lunch in the Terrace Café while you rest your museum feet. This is a simple cafeteria with sandwiches, salads, daily hot entrée and soup along with ice cream, snacks, beer, wine, sodas and hot drinks.
Pets
We are sorry, but we can no longer accept pets as there has been too much damage.
Other reservation information
Rates can change without notice. Some periods require a two-night minimum stay.
Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay by a major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), check, or cash.
If your plans change we must receive notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case we will gladly credit your deposit to another visit within six months, or we will refund your deposit. For last minute cancellations your deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room at the same rate. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures.
A $15 per room processing fee applies to all cancellations.
