ALERT!!

These rates depend on the type of guestroom you choose. Rates are for single or double occupancy. Please go to our on-line reservation page to check on availability and select your room type.

It is worth calling to ask about last-minute reservations as we will discount rooms if it looks as if we will have a slower night.

The service charge of six dollars per day which is applied on departure is for the housekeepers and breakfast crew.

IMPORTANT SECTION FOR YOU TO READ


Third Person

The rate for a third person in a room is $25.00 for a total of $33.93. Fire laws do not permit us to have more than three adults in a room. Sometimes we claim two small children as one adult, so ask us about it if you have little ones in tow.

We can only fit a rollaway bed into certain king-bedded rooms.


Restaurant

A good continental breakfast is included with your stay. We serve from 7:30-10:00 a.m., and a hot à la carte breakfast is always available. We make our own granola, do our own baking, and our eggs are from happy free range chickens.

Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern at the Deerfield Inn is open for lunch from 12:00-2:30 pm, and dinner from 5:00-9:00 pm every day of the week.  We also have a tavern appetizer menu for folks just wanting a bite with perhaps a pint of local draught.

On Sundays when winter is past, we serve brunch instead of lunch with the accompaniment of low key, live jazz.


Pets

We are sorry, but we can no longer accept pets as there has been too much damage and too many dramas. (Actually, the same applies for ill-behaved children! )


Other reservation information

Rates can change without notice. Some periods require a two-night minimum stay.

Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay by a major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), check, or cash.

If your plans change we must receive notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case we will gladly credit your deposit to another visit within six months, or we will refund your deposit. For last minute cancellations your deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room at the same rate. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures.

A $15 per room processing fee applies to all cancellations.
