Important section for you to read
Third Person
The rate for a third person in a room is $25.00. Fire laws do not permit us to have more than three adults in a room. Sometimes we claim two small children as one adult, so ask us about it if you have little ones in tow. We can only fit a rollaway bed in king-bedded rooms.
Restaurant
A good continental breakfast is included with your stay. We serve from 7:30-10:00am, and a hot à la carte breakfast is always available.
Champney’s Restaurant & Tavern is open for lunch from 12:00-2:30 pm, and dinner from 5-9 pm seven nights a week. (Until 8pm during the winter months and until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday.) On Sunday we have à la carte brunch from 11:00 am-2:00 pm with live music by talented area musicians.
In September and October, you can also get a quick lunch bite in the Terrace Café at Historic Deerfield while you rest your museum feet. This cafeteria is located on the terrace level of the inn.
Pets
We are sorry, but we can no longer accept pets. Some pet owners have ruined it for all the rest and we cannot continue with the damages and dramas we have experienced.
Other reservation information
Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay by a major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), check, or cash.
If your plans change we must receive notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case we will gladly credit your deposit to another visit within six months, or we will refund your deposit. For last minute cancellations your deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room at the same rate. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures unless we can resell the room.
A $15 per room processing fee applies to all cancellations.
