PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the pages you visited on our site. We will not sell or pass on your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
Reservations are guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s stay by a major credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard), check, or cash.

If your plans change we must receive notice of cancellation at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case we will gladly credit your deposit to another visit within six months, or we will refund your deposit. For last minute cancellations your deposit may be forfeited unless we can resell the room at the same rate. Please note that there are no refunds for early departures unless we can resell the room.

A $15 per room processing fee applies to all cancellations.

Payments for items ordered through our on-line concierge that are unclaimed due to a last minute cancellation are not refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY
We send purchased gift cards by US Priority Mail within 48 hours of receipt. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Seven dollars ($7) is added to each order to cover shipping and handling. Expect 2-3 business days for delivery.
